Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil over high heat and add potato cubes; cook for 10-12 minutes or until tender when pierced with fork, 

Drain well in colander and return to pot along with buttery cream mixture and shredded cheese; using potato masher or fork mash until smooth adding more butter if needed (mashed potatoes will be fluffy)

Broccoli Cheddar Twice-Baked Potatoes: one medium potato per person, 2 tablespoons of butter per person, 1 cup grated cheese (I used sharp cheddar), 1/4 cup milk per person (I used whole milk), 1/2 cup chopped broccoli florets per person (more or less depending on how much you like vegetables), salt and pepper to taste.

Preheat oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit or 180 degrees Celsius if you want to bake these potatoes instead of microwaving them like I did!

In a large bowl combine all ingredients except for cheese until well mixed together then transfer into ramekins or muffin tins lined with parchment paper; top with cheese on top of each one before baking for 45 minutes at 350 degrees F / 180 degrees C until golden browned & bubbling.

Stir in ketchup, Worcestershire sauce and whiskey until combined; season with salt and pepper to taste if needed. Serve alongside your fries!
