If you’re looking for a new way to run, try “speed walking” instead of jogging it’s easier on your joints and can still give you the same benefits of jogging at a slower pace.

Fishing

If running isn’t your thing, then maybe fishing is! Fishing is another great way to spend time outdoors while getting some exercise in at the same time.

You’ll want to make sure you have all the right equipment before hitting the water: rods and reels are important investments if this is something that interests you long term (and they can be pricey!).

Camping

Camping is one of our favorite activities because it allows us to explore nature in a way that’s relatively easy and convenient for us.

We can get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life and spend time with those we love in a beautiful setting what could be better?

Skiing

Skiing is another great pastime that people often enjoy during the winter months.

Skiing involves using skis to glide down a snow-covered hill on a mountain.

It’s important to use proper equipment such as skis and poles, as well as clothing that will keep you warm while skiing in cold weather conditions!

Kayaking

Kayaking is also a great way to get some exercise in without having to worry about traffic or other distractions.

You’ll be able to focus on what matters most: your workout and enjoying nature at its best.

To get started, all you need is a paddle and some basic safety gear (like life jackets).

If you want to go all out, there are plenty of kayaks out there that come with their own accessories from seating systems to storage compartments!
